because i need a light.

feeling all so miserable about flying right now. it has been a year since i had taken up this career and if you ask me if i made the right choice, the answer is no. regretted it from the second month and what's holding me back from breaking away? the sum to be paid back to the profit minded company or the ugly stain on the resume for not completing the bond? i dunno? maybe it's the uncertainty of what i can do after leaving. i really miss the family time in singapore and having the close one next to you is just an unspoken happiness. the job is so routine and monotone, and there's nothing for me to push myself to achieve on the job except for customers' satisfaction and comfort which is pretty no brain to me. i do appreciate that the job does give me a better grip on customer handling, increasing my esteem and having a chance to broaden my view. however, this month, seems to be the worse of the entire working year. i see myself crying, whining, debating and perhaps soon, resigning.

Usual Deals

It felt as though i haven't update this virtual space of mine for years. Six months off blogging and quite a couple of things had taken place. Finally graduated from school and that marks the end of student life for 17 years. Was pondering before graduation if i would be like the kan chiong spiders around me wanting to seek for a proper paying job or would i want to take a trip out. Luck lady decided to shine on me and got me two offers before graduation. Choice of job got many questioning my future but i knew i was good to go all out for it. Whether it's a short 2 years term or a permanent stay, you should always give your best in what you're doing. I enjoy the service industry, the travel, the personal time and all the unique people and experience i encounter. Having embarking into the working society for a good 4 months going to 5 in a couple of weeks, i was given the privilege to travel to different countries and even did a milan trip :) How blessed i am to be given such good roster, not complaining even though i had been called up for multiple turnarounds this month. It's still money rolling in as long as i do not splurge on taxi which i'm currently having a absolute control over.

That's about it, rest of the photos are up on fb, instagram and twitter, widely spread out. Should probably start taking more photos for keep sake when i'm outstation but that's so not me because i love capturing all the beauty and details with eyes. Photos do not do justice to the real deal.

On a side note, was telling bff this morning that i got deleted off their friend list, so i supposed i'm not getting invited to their wedding. Bff asked why are woman this petty? I wondered to myself, am i one of them?

Kukup

Went over to kukup for a short 2D1N break with the maternal side. Had the idea of making a photo log but the phone screwed up and i ended up with only 4 shots. Left the house at 6.30am to avoid the causeway jam and luckily for us, the bus lane was rather empty. Stopped for breakfast at queen's. Tasty garlic flavored fried dough, my usual dose of mee hoon kuay and excessive cups of kopi. 

Different from our previous trip, we headed for the house straight instead of a seafood lunch. On the way to the house, the mickey house house is so noticeable in its hot pink coat of paint! It rained slightly after we had lunch which consists of fried bee hoon, curry chicken, pork porridge. The usual affair at kukup includes karaoke, mahjong, fireworks, and non stop feasting!! =) Not much photos to do any talking so i shall stop here :)

 

大拇指歪了

过分地练习crochet, 大拇指稍微弯一下就会痛 :( 时间算一算, 应该有8小时不停地打线. 有点小迷上crochet可是与烘焙一样又是一项费时费力又费金的嗜好  *叹气*

周五周六得回Molly做兼职, 每次人手不足都是我遭殃 :( 不好意思拒绝就是我的下场啦!

It will be a makeup from him to me cause he's leaving me in sg for a good 4 months.  OH! Not to forget the Angus Steak House treat as well! My claim for holiday + atas dinner is indeed coming true.
