After the 2 hr plane ride, we arrived at Survarnabhumi airport. Catch a public taxi straight down to Siam Riverview Hotel, it wasn't the hotel that i had wanted to stay but not wanting to haul the luggage around, we paid for the room and settled in the hotel.
After unpacking and resting, we decided to hit to street! Khao san road for all yummy street food :) i love the deep fried bamboo worms! yummlicious!
The next day morning, we decided to explore grand palace and all the "Wat"
Yes, its me(babby) bloggin from here on.
We went to many many temples. Cant rmb the names actaully. They all sounded alike la. The only one i remembered clearly was the temple of the dusk or dawn =x There was one with lots and lots of bells on a hill with a big golden thingy on top.

And tts the temple of dawn!(Have to wait fer steph to do her awesome collage thingy cause i dont know how to do it =S) Its tiring to climb up ok.
We then took a boat back to the hotel which was conveniently located near the pier. Their boat system isnt very efficient but its dirt cheap. Most of the times the boats are overly crowded. But still, its not everyday in singapore that u get to ride a boat.
The next day, we planned to head to Arayatt to see the ruins of the ancient cities and famous temples. So we headed southwards via boat to this marine depot place and somewhere there we somehow managed to find the train station. Unfortunately we are not able to take the train due to time constrain and the place is too huge to walk. So we decided to hire a taxi instead. Here is some of the awesome stuff we saw there.

After that we went to China Town for dinner. The seafood there is really cheap. We had tom yan soup, fired chicken, lala and kangkong for dinner. The lala have this really minty taste to it which i find rather refreshing. Then we walked around china town for a while. I heard they are famous for bird nest but at that point of time, i was too full for it. And dear bought a promenade which she later spent 4 whole hours eating it in the hotel. hohoho.
Day 4, we had an early breakfast and then we took cab to the next hotel, Baiyoke Suit which was situated directly behind Baiyoke Sky hotel.
We went shopping after checking in. Anyway, this last few days were meant for shopping. We visited a number of shopping malls like MBK, Paragon, Indra Square, platinum etc etc. The good thing about it is the shopping places are all relatively near to each other and there is no repetition of shops. Every shop sold stuff that are unique, something that is uncommon in Singapore. The more you walk, the more stuff you will see. Note: Do not eat the fish noodle thingy at platinum food court. i eat liao lao sai. dulans. =|
Here are some of the shopping malls we visited during the last 3 days.
Siam Discovery! (Award winning picture =p)
The famous MBK.
On the 5th day, we took the BTS(their mrt) to JJ Market. Its probably the largest market i have been too so far. There are lots of things there. Enough to walk the whole day. Anything you want there probably have. hahas. Think i bought like 9 shirts dere in total. The coconut ice cream is AWESOME to. probaby the best coconut ice cream i have eaten. Too bad we didnt took any pictures there. =(
ALL in all, in was a really fun trip! Think i spent around 700 plus? And the best thing is Dear is 24/7 by my side. <3>
