I didn't know del monte produces anything more than deliciously sweet bananas until this constipation comes along :| haha. Was telling baby that i'm having constipation for 3 days and it's kind of sad that you are not excreting anything out of your body when you know that you've been taking in A LOT of food minus the vege(i seldom take fruits). Baby suggested prune and i just grab this bottle of prune juice off the shelf since i suppose that the effect is going to be the same. DEL MONTE eh! I know about this purple wrapping prune product but didn't know that it was del monte till today. fail steph, fail max. Anyways, almost an hour after drinking it, i could feel the immediate effect :S constipation became lao sai.I guess, it beats having constipation! :D
